"My partner and I had such a great time at OURS! We came one a whim. Malina was our server and we got to know the new chef. Malina and the rest of the staff were great! I'm more of an introvert, but felt so welcome when we came before thing got turnt up. The food was better than expected. We had the Buffalo Chicken Poppers and the stuffed flank steak. Get the limites stuffed steak while it last! Can't wait to come back 😄"

"Second time ive been here & it was even better than the first. Our waitress was amazing & very attentive (im sorry i dont remember her name, its the pretty asian girl). The chef also came out, introduced himself. Very nice guy & the food was delicious, as were the drinks & hookah. The music was great, the vibes were awesome. Definitely coming back for another girls night! ❤"

"Came to check this place out with some friends and tried the Midnight Safari along with the sweet chili chicken wings. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the scenery, which was a nice touch. If you're into hookah, this spot will definitely suit your vibe – they seem to specialize in it. The only downside was the service. Our waitress took longer than expected to check in with us for drinks and to bring the check. Overall, a decent experience, especially if you're there more for the atmosphere and hookah than quick service."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment and will not be returning. The final bill contained numerous inconsistent and unexplained charges, including different prices listed for the same items, which is unacceptable. Most concerning, the receipt reflects eight servings/shots of Hennessy VSOP, which is factually incorrect. We did not consume that amount, and when questioned, staff were unable to provide any clear explanation, breakdown, or accountability for how these charges were calculated. This was a bill for two people, yet the total was extraordinarily high. At no point were we given transparent pricing, item clarification, or a professional response to very reasonable concerns. The lack of clarity, combined with inconsistent pricing and the inability to explain alcohol charges, reflects poor management and extremely unprofessional business practices. Accurate billing and customer transparency are basic standards in hospitality. Unfortunately, those standards were not met in any way during this visit. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in the accuracy of their billing practices and will not be returning."
