What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Very very good. Street parking, very close to downtown. The atmosphere was very nice, plenty to look at, with some historical information and pictures on the wall. I learned that at one point the building was used for shoe repair. By the description I can only assume that the owners family member was cobbler himself in New York. There is a shoe shine bench, and many wooden cobbler molds on the walls, outside on the sign ECT. The service was very good, the cortados were fantastic, and the treats were very tasty. The seating was comfortable. There were tables, and also a counter area. I would certainly return again."
"I got the churro chai latte with almond milk. This was a VERY well spiced and properly sweetened drink. It had the perfect balance of sweet but not too sweet. Also, the presentation was fantastic. It looked the part and my taste buds were not at all disappointed. 10/10 for me. Only slight downside is the inside is cozy/small. So don’t plan to meet up with several friends here expecting to inside seating. There is outdoor seating available though if weather is pleasant."
"I love cafes, and this one is one of the most unique!!! The bagels are so close to NY bagels, and I LOVED them. The donuts were a little dry but such creative and fun flavors. Very tasty. BUT THE DRINKS🤩 I got the Matcha Guava Beet powder with soymilk. It was SO tasty!!!! It’s a very tiny space but they do a lot with it. I also love the fresh flowers 🌹. What a lovely touch!"
"Cute small shop great place to pause and get some work done or just grab and go. Their pastries are from Knead and the spinach artichoke croissant was delicious 🤌 their chai is more spicy than I am accustomed to so the banana in the Banana bread chai helped balance it out. Their matcha is also great!"
"Quaint cafe, chill vibes and a good music selection that wasn't too loud. Free wifi. Most patrons were working on their computers. Looks like it can fit about 20 people inside. There were also a handful of patio tables outside. Local papers and magazines available to read as well :) La marzocco machine. Good latte. Baked goods, oatmeal, sodas were also available. I'll definitely be back again."
"Still in love with Rise and Shine, my favorite coffee shop in New England, one of my favorite coffee shops globally. I tried the winterberry latte today..."
