from Google & Yelp"Great viral coffee shop. Cool vibes w attached bike store called DASH. The lattes are the signature drink. Most ingredients are locally sourced and they name their sources in the menu. I really enjoyed the experience here. It would be nice if they had more seating but this is the vibe you wait online you sit on barstools if you’re lucky enough to find one water head was not available because it was busy, but it wasn’t that crazy. I waited in line for approximately 10 minutes on a busy MLK day. And then it took another 10 minutes to get my food/drinks. If you like syrupy sugary drink drinks. And taking selfies with them this is the place for you. My daughter loves it. Here is a shame. They don’t have any T-shirts cause she would’ve won one."
"First time seeing a long line for a place in Providence. 30 minute wait… but it was worth it. We got the famous Caramelized Banana latte and the Strawberry matcha, and both were fantastic. Caramelized Banana Latte – Had a banana milk latte I loved last week, so I was curious how this would compare. This ended up being one of the best flavored lattes I’ve had in recent memory. The syrup was sweet but complex—layered with two distinct types of bitterness: a toasty edge from the caramelization and a smooth, lingering bitterness from the nitro shot. That tiny shot really stood out in terms of quality. Will definitely come back just for their nitro cold brew. Strawberry Matcha – Always a fan of MEM Tea matcha, and they used it well here. What made it special was the reduced milk ratio, which allowed the matcha to stand out a bit more without being drowned in creaminess. The result was a much cleaner aftertaste, more like an iced tea than a milk-heavy latte. After trying the best matcha of my life at 12 Matcha last week, I wasn’t sure this would impress me, but I’m glad I gave it a shot. Pesto Smash – Hard to go wrong with a Pesto, cheese, and tomato on a breakfast sandwich. Just wish the bread had been toasted a bit more for extra texture. Still very satisfying."
"I came here once before and got a matcha and have to say that I was a bit disappointed—it was very milky. I came back and tried the chai, however, and it was fantastic. I love that it was on tap, very quirky. I also got the smash sandwich on a plain bagel and it was great, lots of good flavors and a good lunch. The seating is a little awkward because they only have counter spaces and it’s a a tight squeeze but there’s lots of outdoor seating for the warmer weather."
"Worst coffee I ever had. I had followed their tiktok for years and was so excited to try as I am from out of state and it did not live up to the hype or expectations. Not sure if it is just this location, what I got or time of day as it was close to closing but the latter was ice cold and tasted stale like it had been sitting out all day. The coffee I made myself at home this morning was better and cheaper. When we received our cups I noticed there was coffee spilled on them and then when I got in the car noticed there was something else, maybe the syrup. Not sure but just not a good experience or taste."
"I heard so many people on TikTok and irl say good things about this place. A few months ago, we had a weekend trip to Providence and this place was walking distance from our Airbnb, I just had to visit. The line was insane, it went onto the street. It was crazy. Especially for how small the building is. It felt so cramped because of how many people there were. I got there around 12, waited in line and got my drink and food at around 12:45. The service was alright. The workers looked so overwhelmed because of how busy it was and I don’t blame them. For my drink I ordered the caramelized banana matcha and for my food I ordered the chorizo and salsa verde wrap. Omg. It was so good!! I loved the matcha, the banana tasted so good with it. I added splenda to make it sweeter and it was great. The wrap was so flavorful and filling. I normally don’t like sausage but that was soso good. It was worth the wait. Overall, I would definitely come here again. I would love to try more of their matcha. I don’t think they would ever open in CT, but if they did I would love to go."
"I'm a huge coffee lover, and I take reviews very seriously when it comes to coffee, so I was a little nervous to try Nitro Bar - I wasn't sure if it was..."
