from Google & Yelp"A pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a meal with someone or alone. Seating mostly designed for 1-4, with both indoor and outdoor options, and 2 larger booths indoors. Outdoor there are a couple of tables you can sit and look out over the intersection from the porch or tuck away under an umbrella in the outdoor patio area. Servers were friendly and sensitive to food allergies. The general atmosphere was relaxed and sociable, some light music playing in the background and books at hand to enjoy."
"Cute little bakery cafe with lots of hot, freshly cooked breakfast options too. There’s a good selection of takeaway sandwiches and cold drinks if you’re after something on the go, and a great little dry larder section which is full of little treats like specialty chocolates and gifts like tote bags. Their tote bag is very well sized and perfect for taking to the beach since it’s big enough for a beach towel. Their only fault in my opinion is that even if you dine in, your food and coffee is served with wooden cutlery and in paper bowls/cups. Everyone knows Coke always tastes better in a glass bottle, and the same principle applies to food. Little things, but they make all the difference. The food is beautifully cooked and presented but would be even more amazing if served on a proper plate and with non single use cutlery. But otherwise a fantastic little spot with great food and vibes, would definitely recommend! Five stars from me, because there really is nothing to fault, they’re just my personal preferences regarding crockery and cutlery."
"I visited Groundswell Cafe + Bakery again for brunch over a weekend, and it was such a memorable experience! The place was quite busy, which is no surprise given how wonderful it is, but the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcomed despite the crowd. The food was outstanding! I thoroughly enjoyed my turkey and egg sandwich—it was fresh and full of flavour. Their cinnamon toast was equally amazing, perfectly cooked and delicious. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of the food. The cafe has a cozy, inviting vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating. Even with the weekend crowd, the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great brunch spot. Groundswell Cafe + Bakery is a true gem in Tiverton Four Corners!"
"I ordered a large hot mocha and a blueberry muffin. With a modest tip (not having been here before or receiving my order before tipping), I spent a little over $16. I thought it was a little pricey, but the muffin was loaded with blueberries, and I’ve finally found the mocha I’ve been looking for after living in RI for three years. You get what you pay for, right? The cafe has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. It was also adorably decorated for Christmas still the day after the new year. My girlfriends and I sat outside by a fire pit that was nicely enclosed with shrubbery. I have an immunocompromised daughter, and I appreciated the option to sit outside during sick season. Thank you! I’m so glad I finally checked this place out, and I will definitely be back."
"First time visit and loved the food, service and the cafe. I had great cinnamon toast and croissant. Took a sourdough bread home which was also good. Also, there are other business around it which give options to explore and enjoy. Will definitely go back. Some items can be expensive such as sourdough bread cost $15 dollars but I enjoyed the quality of food (most expensive bread i bought in life). There are other items within reasonable price compared to similar quality business. Eg: cinnamon toast with fruit for $12 & croissant for 6 dollars."
