Amy was a people's person, kind, chatty and made me feel welcome. She deserves some recognition, it's very rare to see someone who actually cares about their customers. I'll be back for more excellent service and great bagels!"

When she addressed the problem with management she was met with more disgrace and poor professionalism. All she wanted was an apology for being treated poorly, and she didn’t even get that. The manager basically told her “ there was nothing she can do, don’t come back here”. Unacceptable and an awful expierence. I will never be going there."
