"Today visited this location and wanted to share some feedback regarding the service experience. When we arrived, there appeared to be only two staff members actively working behind the café area. There were a total of 2 employees visible, but none were stationed at the main register, and we were directed to use a self-service kiosk to place our order. Unfortunately, the first kiosk we tried was not working, and there was little to no assistance offered. As we were about to leave due to the lack of support, we noticed another functioning kiosk near the exit and were able to place our order there. Since we are not locals and had a long drive ahead of us, I was really hoping for a smoother and more welcoming experience, especially being so close to the airport. When we needed help checking out our items, we had to actively seek someone out, as no one was readily available or offering assistance. One of the staff members behind the café seemed uninterested in helping us, even after we asked for support. I will add the building was clean. While the customer service was lacking, I want to note that the coffee itself was excellent. I hope this feedback can help improve the overall guest experience, particularly for travelers who may be unfamiliar with the store layout or ordering process. "I walked in and wasn’t expecting to have as good of an experience! The professionalism is unmatched and the girls at Neon were just genuinely friendly! You all rock! Kate has an infectious personality and could make anyone’s day! Rin was also very personable and I was told she made the cookies that were great but all the food in general was delicious and affordable bc I got the dollar sampler! :-) also last tid bit I thought it was genuinely nice Kate has a knack for remembering people’s names/ the place was very clean for them being sooo busy"

"I can’t say enough great things about the Neon Marketplace at 1776 Post Rd in Warwick! Every time I stop in, the place is spotless, well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The manager, Michelle, clearly runs a tight ship and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her team. I had an issue with my order once, and Michelle personally stepped in to make it right without hesitation. She was professional, kind, and made me feel valued as a customer. The food is always fresh, the coffee is consistently great, and the overall vibe of the store is bright and inviting. Whether you're stopping in for a quick snack, gas, or just a hot cup of coffee, this location sets the bar high for convenience stores. Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!"
