"Not sure if it’s just this location or all, but their promotional menu for the Korean bbq burger & chicken sandwich is TRASH. We also ordered items from the regular menu and it was fine as usual. Order came out quickly, restaurant is pretty clean and well maintained. Service was great! The gentlemen who brought us our order was pleasant. The person/people who prepared our order forgot to give us our sauces, but hooked it up by giving us double."

"Decided to order from this place the other day it was my first time ever trying this shake shack never had it before. Decided to order the shroom burger and a chocolate milkshake and a couple other items for takeout. There were about seven people in there when I had arrived and placed my order online everybody had left, and I was still waiting for my order and upon receiving my order, they put everything in a bag and a box, the service was slow and they’re not friendly there. I even went to try to call back because the burger that we had ordered wasn’t cooked all the way it was still red in the middle and our food looked like it was just slopped together for the price that you pay there the quantity of food that you get is very small They just throw it together like they don’t care and nobody answered the phone when you try to tell them that they’re not cooking their burgers all the way it was still pink in the middle. Dissatisfied will never return to a shake shack in West Warwick ever in Rhode Island."

"Horrible food service... Recommand to order there to get proper ordered food. I order food from Uber eats with specific add on. And they forgot to add the lettuce and have pickles in it. When called at the location, the blame was on Uber eats due to 3rd party order. So is the 3rd party making my burger or the shake shack company? Instead, I just get and apology because I ordered from 3rd party. I guess if the person is ordering from 3rd party and blame is going on them why not them to make the order which can be a valid reason and justification. Working hard, not time to cook, isn't that's why this kind of company are available to help the customer. No comments on the services."

"Was trying to go to another restaurant next door which was closed for renovation. Average quality, overpriced for fast food, burgers were small, and service was slow. I ordered the food through the touchscreens, received a text that my food was ready, and then waited another 5-10 minutes before it was brought it out."

"First time ever at Shake Shack. The name itself had made me expect a larger menu for milkshakes. Little menu options, but definitely good. It’s an upgrade from Five Guys, but similar to their prices. Burgers were juicy and shakes were sweet! Highly recommend BBQ Bacon Fries!"
