"Consistently inconsistent Staff is friendly but wait times are always long and there is no standardization over the drink recipes. Drinks vary wildly day to day as different staff members prepare them differently leading to inconsistencies in the recipe: you can buy the same drink every day and every day have a completely different version of that drink. Even if you specify exactly how you want the drink prepared, its a roll of the dice whether the drink will be made correctly."
