"This was my first time visiting Palmetto Caffè, and I was truly delighted with the experience. The place is absolutely beautiful—well designed, spotless, welcoming, and very refined in every detail. The breakfast room, where we enjoyed our meal, was elegant and carefully maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely accommodating and professional, clearly very skilled at what they do and attentive to customers’ needs. The food was excellent, and our breakfast was truly delicious. Since we visited during the Christmas season, the atmosphere was especially lovely—warm, festive, and relaxing at the same time. I highly recommend visiting Palmetto Caffè, not only for the quality of the food and service, but also for the overall experience. It is worth stopping by even just for a visit, as there are also shops inside and the hotel itself is beautiful to explore."

"Pricey but worth it. The bitter poached salmon was good. The club sandwich was the best club sandwich I've ever eaten. The crab cakes were good. The service was outstanding. Loved our waitress Jacqueline. Very attentive and accommodating. It was a gloomy day and cannot think of a better atmosphere to have lunch."

"My husband and I had brunch at the Palmetto Cafe to celebrate our anniversary and as a new tradition to begin our new year celebration. From the moment we arrived until we left the property, we were celebrated and catered to in every way. Our hostess, Grace and John our waiter did everything to make our experience memorable. The ambience was wonderful and the food was delicious. We ordered Seafood Omelettes that were filled with fresh tasty seafood. The vanilla lattes had just the right balance of sweet and strong. The beautifully crafted surprise dessert, complete with a chocolate anniversary placard, made us smile and feel incredibly pampered. Thanks for making our morning so special. "The restaurant is inside the hotel and was southern charm at its best. The decor was so lovely it reminded us of some of the scenes in Gone with the Wind. The service was top notch as well. We ordered seafood omelette and crab cake benedict. The crab meat was too salty to our taste and a little fishy too. Overall, the experience was very much to our expectations and we had a great time."

★★★★★

"Shrimp and grits was absolutely amazing. Best we’ve ever had with a flavorful twist in the crispiness around the shrimps. Mussels were perfectly cooked without any chewiness and the sauce was phenomenal. Not too salty which is rare. Turkey club was good but too much bread. Service was overall really attentive. Hostesses were rude with validating parking. They did not have any more stickers and had no idea what to do otherwise. They gave stark attitudes because they simply didn’t know any other answer. It’s sad that something so small of this really brought down our overall look of it."
