"Not going to lie — when you walk into Waflin, you wouldn’t expect it to be so huge. We stopped by for a girls’ night because we were craving something sweet, and it turned out to be such a fun experience. The young man running the shop offers so much more than just desserts. From drinks and food to clothes and other items, it truly felt like a one-stop shop. If you’re visiting South Carolina, this is also a great place to pick up souvenirs. He even sells gems, along with other unique finds, which was really cool to see. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and unexpected in the best way. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a sweet treat and something a little different."

"We stopped by Waflin Quick Shop after spotting a photo of their desserts on the door and we’re glad we did! We ordered chocolate-covered strawberries made fresh to order, just the way we like them. So yummy! The shop itself is a bit of a hodgepodge with a quirky mix of items, but the desserts definitely stood out. A fun little find for a sweet treat!"

"We stopped by on Christmas Eve for dessert and shared a hazelnut bubble waffle bowl. It was absolutely delicious, perfectly sweet and easily enough for two. The combination of the waffle and ice cream was amazing. A great place to treat yourself, and we’ll definitely be back for more!"

"We decided to get dessert during our vacation and the waffle ice cream looked intriguing! I got the oreo waffle with strawberry cheescake ice cream. There was so much. My wife and I split it, you originally get it in the "cone" form but he also gave us a paper tray to set it down in and eat it with spoons. It was very sweet, Oreo crushed into the waffle, ice cream, chocolate drizzle, with fruit and Oreos. It was actually a really great memory for us during our vacation, a late night snack date, and a good price. The man at the counter taking our order and making the waffles was so kind and attentive. They also had some mini souvenirs (we bought a Christmas ornament), and a bunch of middle eastern lamps."

"Tried the ice cream and hot chocolate and they were good! Wide variety of options and the shop area is nice too. Reasonably priced and did not expect to find things we like in the shop. Staff was very friendly as well. Would come again :)"
