"Everything about our visit was excellent except for the service. Immediately upon being seated, we were asked about our food choices before we even had a chance to review the menu. When my boyfriend placed his order, I requested a moment to decide, but the server did not return for approximately 20 minutes. By the time I was able to order, my boyfriend had already finished eating. Throughout the meal, the server showed little attentiveness; for example, my boyfriend’s water glass remained empty for nearly 30 minutes. While the food and atmosphere were enjoyable, the service fell far short of expectations."
