"We visited Ruby Sunshine yesterday and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The building itself looked great on the inside, clean, bright, and welcoming. The service was excellent. We were seated very quickly, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food was very tasty. We both ordered the three-pig omelet along with the beignets, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back"

"We are visitors to town and we came across Ruby Sunshine for brunch. We didn’t have a wait for a seat. The vibes are nice and the food and service are even better! I like that they have a cocktail bar! We had Kandace as our server and she gave us great suggestions and fantastic service. If we are in town again we will stop by for more Louisiana style cooking!"

"Let me start off my saying that the appetizers was amazing. We got the fried green tomatoes which were lovely. We also got the banana pudding beignets which were the best beignets I’ve had so far. That was my favorite appetizer by far. Raine did an amazing job. She provided stellar service. She did great!!! Rubys for the win!!! The food was great definitely will be coming back!!!"
