"There's a waste management problem. Trash cans along the streets, everytime you walk by an alleyway the stench is horrendous, and service e at most establishments here was not very good. Area seems ran down and dirty to be right beside a well know college. We were supposed to spend 5 days in Columbia but bailed after 2."
