"The young girls working that day were super accommodating, even though I showed up 15 min before closing and they were string to clean up for the day. The were willing to do whatever I needed! Although I didn't want to do that to them, it was refreshing to hear they would be willing to dirty containers again for me even though they had been washed for the night, ha ha! The pastries were pheromones! In all my 30 years down here, transplanted from the North, I've only found 1 pastry shop in CLT that's worthy.
