What People Are Saying
from Google"I came in here tonight around 9pm. There was one man working. He was very kind and polite! I loved the cozy feeling of the restaurant, it felt like a nice southern home. The food I brought home was AMAZING. I have ate at many clock restaurants, but the calabash chicken at this particular restaurant is the best I’ve had. Thank you to this man for being so kind, I had just left the hospital with my newborn and this experience was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had."
"19 dollars for a burger plate plus another 1.50 for credit card fee so 20.97 for a hamburger plate and when I asked for a refund he said no This man charges ever customer and extra 1.50 that isn't shown on your receipt just your credit card alerts and statements"
"Just one guy working alone listening to the radio. Told me they opened in 1959. Inside is cozy, quiet, relaxed. Traditional southern diner food. Open for breakfast. Cool spot."
"Good chili burger fries and coleslaw, good milkshake too. I liked the fries especially, they remind me of old Dixie Fried Chicken in Orlando FL with twice fried crinkle fries, and the bread of the burger also. I will have to try their chicken. Nice place to stop and bring your food to the park. Nice old fashioned place to sit also. Good price also. $12 for the meal edit: btw, their chicken fingers are delicious, they remind me of how Burger King used to make chicken fingers"
"I have been eating here for a very long time. The service and food is always great!!!!!"
