"Exceptional Firebird Chicken Sandwich Special. This was a massive chicken patty covered in hot sauce. 10 out of 10. I asked for extra tomatoes and the slices they gave me were thick, juicy and so fresh. Ranch was delicious. 10 out of 10. Service was great. So kind. Patient when I asked lots of questions and helpful with the answers. I will absolutely be going back to try more things."

"I asked for a jumbo bacon cheeseburger plate my fries were hard and cold and it’s like they gave me the left over fries. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich I had them then I asked for heavy lettuce and pickles . The lettuce was old and brown and I had 3 pickles. Then when I called the girl was like you can bring it back like I told her I am in for the day then I stay on the other side of town. Besides the food it was alright. For my food to be 15.66 it should have been better."

"I have been going to this restaurant since I was a kid (even before this one was built). I moved to Ga but still come to Greenville to visit family and every time I come I ALWAYS go to the clock to eat ( we don't have food like this in Ga) I always got a chili burgar or chili dog with onion rings and slaw. I absolutely loved the onion rings from the clock. My last visit was the beginning of the new year to see family, I went to the clock well it was terrible !!!! The chili dog was like it was heated in the microwave, it barely had any chili on it, the onion rings were not the same just nor as good they didn't have that flaky kinda crust on them and the slaw was warm and tasted spoiled. I got my son a burger to take back to him and he didn't even eat all of it and he said it doesn't taste the same. I know things change in life but some things just need to stay the same and use the same recipe. I will go back and try it again the next visit up there.
