"This review is long overdue! I tried Flavor Hills back in May and hands down the best I have tried to date. This is a MUST try! The soul rolls alone transcended me to the heavens. The chicken and churro waffles. Ask me what my last meal would be this is the one! The vanilla sauce combined with the churro waffle with the crispy flavorful chicken on top… I swear I saw daylight. The atmosphere was so inviting and makes you feel right at home. The service was incredible, wholesome, down to earth, and accommodating. Don’t get me started on the location and view. We were seated by the windows with a view of the beach. Flavor Hills provides food for the soul and an environment for the body to feel present. I’ve since moved back home to New York, I just wish I had found this home away from home in the 3 years I lived 25 minutes away from this gem. I find myself reminiscing back on the experience I had here. Now everytime I visit I will have the pleasure of further exploring the menu and the excellence Flavor Hills guarantees."

"Flavor Hills absolutely delivered. The view of the beach alone is worth the visit, but the food took the experience to another level. The menu descriptions honestly don’t do the dishes justice — everything we ordered was incredible. All four items were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and even our kids loved their meals. Since the kids menu was limited, we ordered adult portions for them, and they were a total hit. We tried The Southern Remix with side syrup, the Southern Belle Burger (well done with fries), The Hills Catfish Sandwich (fried, with a side salad and balsamic vinaigrette), and the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich with fries. Every single dish was on point. Great food, great view, great experience. Note an automatic 18% gratuity is added to your bill. This was the negative at this place."

"This restaurant is next to our hotel. The food is delicious! I loved the smothered chicken biscuit. If you get it, ask to put the biscuit on the side because the collard greens (so good) will make it soggy. My husband said his food was a little too sweet for him but it was good. Would definitely recommend though."

"Flavor Hills is truly a hidden gem—and Black-owned, which makes supporting it even more special. Que, Bam, and Pleasant were an absolute delight; their customer service was impeccable and made the experience memorable. The food was outstanding! I highly recommend the soul rolls, crab and collard green dip, Chick of the Hills, and the glazed salmon. Each dish was seasoned to perfection and full of flavor. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. The location may not be the most desirable, but that’s what makes this spot such a gem. Once inside, the ambience paired with the oceanfront views creates an amazing atmosphere. The only downside was the menu advertised six soul rolls, but we only received four. While that felt like a bit of false advertising, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Be aware: this restaurant adds an automatic 18% gratuity to all bills, regardless of party size. I still highly recommend Flavor Hills to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach—you won’t regret it!"

"Antwon was great today. I'm not the type to eat on a patio but it was a particularly cool day so I tried it. Overall the food is great, full of flavor. The drinks are good and creative. I leave this time a little more disappointed in the cost for the portion than my first visit. I'll add today's pictures to show while still $83 pretip, they have reduced the portion over the past few months. So I'm reducing my overall rating by one for that. I already didnt feel the food and drinks were worth nearly $100 per person after tip. I'll come back and add last visits pics and date for comparison."
