"Worst lounge experience I’ve had. Paid for a “premium” hookah and it came out already burnt and dry. They wouldn’t replace it even though they admitted the flavor had no juice left. Then I look at the base and it’s dirty with bits floating in it (photo attached). They just try to push bad flavors so they can charge you extra. Don’t waste your time or money here."
