"My favorite coffee spot other than Dunkin. I usually drinks regular hot coffee, cream and sugar. This places coffee i got last time was warm at best but their fancier coffees like their Frappe's are GREAT. Get the caramel one often and is always good. Not usually anybody behind the counter but they accommodate you when you walk up and are always friendly"

"We were literally the only customers when we walked in at 10 on a Saturday morning. We ordered 4 drinks, and 30 minutes later we had three of them. When they started serving the next customers I asked where our fourth drink drink was and got blank stares. I've never seen such a blinding display of incompetence in my life."
