"Love the coffee but anytime I order anything with real sugar in it, it comes out like this with all the sugar in the bottom. It takes less than 3 seconds to stir the sugar into the coffee. I would at least appreciate that but also the proper way to melt the sugar is to put the sugar in and then the hot espresso to MELT THE SUGAR, THEN STIR IT and then add cream and ice. It's just common sense."
