"Ordered take out, a small order of 12 wings with carrots and celery and ranch. Got back to my hotel, no celery, no carrots, no ranch, all of which were a part of my order. Not even 1 napkin included in my to go order. Ordered 4 things and they failed to fulfill 75% of the items. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and believe the bad reviews. Incompetency at its best."

"Most of my interactions with this place have been excellent while dining there…but the last time I ordered takeout, I have to say, the gal who handed my food to me was far from friendly. She was sulking, cold, and wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. The only thing I can think of for this reaction is that I did not tip on the takeout order. Some people may disagree, but I think a tip is reserved as a reward for great service. An online order is not service, and therefore not deserving of a tip in the same way that I would not tip the workers at the deli in Ken’s Foods when I buy some fried chicken. Either way, I don’t really want to go back, and if I do, they proved why you shouldn’t tip on takeout. Being sulky and rude because you think you deserve a tip for passing food across the counter, and absolutely nothing more, is bratty behavior. But like I said, while I’ve dined in the store all of my experiences have been positive."

"Went there today. Got sat down. Brought us a water. Then never were helped. After 15 minutes walked out. What a place!! Never good service when we go there. Wrong colored shirts I guess. Guads was great! 30 dollar tip for them. Just sorry to me."

"I’d like to say I had dine in, but we had over an hour long wait for our food. And were forced to pay for an appetizer we didn’t order and were told wouldn’t be added to our ticket when it was dropped off by accident. We had to take our food through take out by the time we got it because it was so late. I get you can be busy or understaffed on New Year’s Day, but this is ridiculous and we shouldn’t have been forced to pay when we were told we wouldn’t have to"

"The bar here is a little more enjoyable than most locations. There are USB inserts in every power outlet so you can charge your device while you eat. The waitress and waiters are very helpful even though they were extremely busy. They play loud hip hop music that displays a music video on one of the multiple televisions. Highly recommend."
