from Google"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars for Roma in Aberdeen! Today I finally had a taste of home, authentic Italian lasagna at Roma. It was my first time here since moving 17 months ago, and it brought me right back to the type of italian restaurants located in the North End of Boston and on Federal Hill in Rhode Island (IYKYK) where I used to find the real thing. The lasagna was absolutely delicious, and even the side salad with their original authentic dressing was superb, the housemade garlic bread was so delicious, every thing was fresh and flavorful. The whole atmosphere completed the experience: Frank Sinatra playing in the background, beautiful authentic décor, crustal chandeliers and a warm welcome from the owner and service staff were on point! Even the setting inside an old bank gives it so much character. If you’re craving a true Italian meal in Aberdeen, I highly recommend Roma. It’s the real deal! 🍝🥗🇮🇹✨"
"I was in town tonight for work and stayed at the hotel adjoining. The restaurant. Came down to have a nice meal and enjoyed it immensely. Great service and excellent food. The Caesar salad was delicious and the shrimp linguine pomodoro was fantastic! Peroni is on tap and the wine was generous. Definitely a nice little gem in Aberdeen!"
"The food was really good, I had the baked ziti and it was full of flavor and cheese. The garlic rolls we really good, soft and chewy, Even though it was quite busy in there, we were served within reasonable times. The service was great and the atmosphere was decent. I didn't really get a true Italian vibe with being there though."
"Wonderful small Italian restaurant!! Located in on the first floor of a historic hotel. Makes you feel like stepped back in time. Fantastic pasta dishes from mussels in linguine to chicken piccata which was delicious and flavorful. I would get there early as there are only 20 tables. You will not be disappointed with the food ,location or price. The owner is a cordial man and will be honest with you about the meats and flavor, explaining the combinations to top off your pasta dish. A nice idea is that the entrees can be split for the lighter eaters. Not related to the food but I wish I could take the moldings and the patina of the whole place and put it into my house. Reminds me of the opulent times of yesteryear in a small town. To bad they are vanishing. Try it you will not be disappointed and please walk the downtown as they are not built like this anymore. Support your local small business they are the backbone of America."
"The restaurant is inside The Alonzo Ward Hotel a historical landmark. The food was fantastic! My husband is Italian and he said it is like the food served in Roma. Wonderful staff and service. I highly recommend! It was our anniversary and I enjoyed every minute!"
