It does a great job blending a traditional sports bar setting with higher class cocktail options and adding some of the best food you can buy. I am not a fan of watching sport in a bar, but I had a great time watching a recent primetime NFL game here. The service was excellent and I had a very nice time. "It smells like cigars which makes sense because it’s right next door, but I’d think they were smoking them inside this building too. Hard to maintain an appetite with the smoke smell. The food took about an hour to be ready, told that the grill is very small, but they apologized many times and made our food to go when we asked. Burger and sides were okay. Margarita was burnt."

"So basically the short of it is this is the only place worth getting a burger downtown. Everywhere else has had shrinkflation and inflation so you don't really get what you pay for. It's also the best tasting burger that isn't somewhere on the edge of town in a dive bar. The price is good and they have a variety of different burgers. Sort of like you'd see at Sickies that's on the other side of town. I ordered the deluxe option for veggies on my burger and thought I accidently ordered a salad. Other places downtown you'll get like a tomato and a piece of letuce. It was the best smash burger I've had and the bacon was cooked perfectly. The fries and the actual burger were well seasoned and I'm pretty sure the ranch to dip my fries was made fresh. Their beer seemed well priced and I was impressed with their cocktails by the menu description seemed to have amazing mixology. The bartender was very friendly in a sorta guy you'd wanna have a beer with way. Had plenty of tvs for sports and while the music was a little maniacly shuffled it was all 90s classics. They also have scanable code on their menus for their beer and spirits options which I found cool plus the Tinder Box is right next door if you're the cigar type for a bar hop situation."

I will say this with confidence...the Papa Popper burger with fries was THE BEST burger you will find downtown Rapid City (and only $14 versus some of these INSANE prices at other joints). Rivals some of the best smashburgers I've had in joints in Dallas, Scottsdale, San Diego etc. Perfectly cooked. Excellent crisp on the fries. Servers were all friendly and attentive. Not a second went by I didn't have what I needed. The owner, Jace, has done this community a big service by opening a joint with a cool vibe, sports, great food, and a perfect blend of ritzy cocktails down to the perfect Busch Latte. Would highly recommend. Don't miss a chance to get your butt into Social House to treat your tastebuds to a delicious experience. A+++"
