"First time going to 7 Brew Coffee and had an awesome experience! I had heard of 7 Brews from social media and was looking forward to the opening of the first Sioux Falls location. Having lived in SF for 6 years now, I've tried all the coffee companies here including Caribou Coffee, Scooters Coffee, Starbucks, and Ziggi's Coffee so having another option is always welcome. Starting with the customer service, everyone was engaging, helpful, and really sweet. I appreciated the kind energy. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato Medium and the size of the medium cup is a large at other Coffee shops so that was a pleasant surprise. More bang for your buck! The drink was extremely good, I tried to make it last longer, but it was that tasty that I couldn't stop sipping! A nice touch was when reaching the pick up area, they confirm your ordered items with you before they hand anything to you, which for me is a perfect touch to the pick up experience because I've been handed wrong items at other drive thru Coffee shops. Lastly, since it's new to Sioux Falls, pack some patience because the lines may be a bit long but so worth it. I will definitely come here again! "I really want to start by saying that 7 Brew Coffee has some of the best coffee in town, and their staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. However, I have to give some feedback on their ordering process because it’s honestly a bit frustrating. The only way to order is through the drive-thru, which would be fine if the menu were easy to access. Instead, you have to scan a QR code to get the menu. But rather than just loading a simple webpage, it makes you download the menu file to your phone and open it manually. That’s an unnecessary step. To add to that, the menu file doesn’t show any sizes or prices, which means you end up having to ask the staff about all the options anyway. It turns what should be a quick order into a longer conversation and probably explains why their line moves slowly. In short, I’d really love it if they could make the menu more accessible and transparent without the hassle of downloading files. It would make the experience a lot smoother. Thanks!"

"This place is awesome as in awwwww-- some. The staff is super friendly, the drinks. They are really good, they have awesome specials and everybody looks happy working there and even when you drive up, it makes you happy. And the grand finale is, the prices are the best in town. The lines are crazy long, but the staff works through it pretty damn fast, so don't be scared, little rabbit, get in line, get ready for an awesome drink!!"
