What People Are Saying
from Google"Dakota Craft Links is doing something special. I had the polish sausage and it was spot-on: rich, smoky and perfect with mustard and onions. It’s the kind of lunch that actually fills you up without feeling heavy. My wife went for the bratwurst, paired with a punchy mustard and pickled onions. Completely different flavor profile, equally delicious. The fries deserve their own shoutout. They might be the best in the city. They’re fried in beef tallow, then hit with big flake salt the moment they come out of the fryer. Crisp, golden and addictive. Ryan, the owner, is an outstanding chef. We’ve known his work since the Bros days, and he’s brought that same level of craft here. The menu has his fingerprints all over it: thoughtful flavors, high-quality ingredients and combinations you don’t see anywhere else. We picked up turkey cranberry sausages and maple pepper breakfast sausages to cook at home. Both are unbelievable. Dakota Craft Links is an excellent lunch spot and an even better place to stock your fridge with top-tier sausages and brats."
"Really glad I found this place, great polish/german hotdogs and the fries are cooked in tallow which is the BEST way to fry. I would order much more frequently if I could order through an app or call, I often don't have time to walk in and order during lunch."
"Incredible and a must try. Great prices, amazing food, excellent service and the best one man show in town. It’s hard for my family to find sees oil free options, which is odd because they taste better, but most places don’t care and go for saving money. Come down to the Jones Building and tell them Chester sent you."
"Food was outstanding. I had the craft platter which is 3 sausages, fries, and accesories. Polish sausage and bratwurst were great. The al pastor with pineapple was different but delicious. Beer braised onions should be sold by the pound! Red kraut was very tasty not at all sour like your grampas kraut. A tangy mustard and a sweet mustard were both great matches for the sausage. And the fries easily belong in the discussion for the best fries I have ever eaten. Cooked in beef tallow, and blasted with coarse salt and pepper, they need no dipping sauce at all. You should make any excuse you need in order to come here and try this place."
"The jalapeno cheddar brat was killer. Freshly made fries were crisp and soft in the middle. The ever rotating menu keeps things interesting! Local, fresh and handcrafted goodness! Check them out"
