"Great food options, fun atmosphere, a wonderful hotel with great amenities for guests and really cute and unique shopping. Overall a really fun experience!"

"Stayed at the Country Inn (we give it 2 stars because there was blood on the mattress pad) and Phillips (3 stars because the staff is not welcoming and friendly) on 2 different days, and the biggest problems with the area are the vehicles and homeless people. A pickup truck thought it was funny to burn rubber by the tables of customers at a patio bar, leaving them in a thick black cloud of exhaust. A couple with a dog crossing an intersection in front of us was almost run over by a car that didn't honor the pedestrian crossing - and its good they didn't keep walking or they would have been hit. The homeless population needs assistance, which is admittedly a larger national issue. The sioux falls themselves are pretty and accessible and nice, and there was a friendly guy working in the gift shop (Tim?). The boutiques are very nice. Boutique Primp is amazing with great customer service and prices. Boutique Mint + Basil service was great too, but the prices are VERY HIGH. Restaurant Blarney Stone had GREAT service. Ate their twice because our under age daughter could get in. So, also not a place for kids. You have to be 21 to get into most restaurants. So, moral of the story? Don't stay in the Steel District. This place could be so much better. A missed opportunity, but hopefully someone will see this and take action."

"Such a great addition to downtown Sioux Falls! Great outdoor spaces, coffee shops, restaurants and a gorgeous hotel. Can’t wait for Jacobson Plaza to open and add even more to the development!"

"Really cool place to wander if you find yourself downtown. There almost always seems to be something going on at nearby Levitt, and the nearby river is a great place to hang out outside"

"Parking ramp review- drove in to press button at machine.. as I'm about to push the kiosk rebooted. Upon reboot I pressed button for ticket, got ticket, lift gate never raised. Tried it a second time, same result. Ended up having to back out of the entry driveway."
