What People Are Saying
from Google"I cannot express how great this place is. We came by in the morning and it was pretty slow. We met one of the owners and she was very, very personable and kind. I could tell she also really had a passion for and cared about the coffee they made/served. A pretty solid selection of board games and books. Such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere and very reasonable prices. $5 per table to play one game at a time, but for as long as you want. I really have no complaints, they have plenty of seating and also rooms for parties/D&D sessions. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area that loves coffee, tea, books, or games. Love this board game cafe. It’s the only board game cafe in the Tri city area."
"Great board game cafe! Good prices and good coffee. I was surprised when finding this gem on a roadtrip. Friendly owners who were transparent about their journey of business ownership. Plenty of parking options, some baked goods available, and semi-automatic espresso machine. $5 for a group to rent a game. Coffee drinks ranged from $3-$5 average."
"Spent a great afternoon at Foxes Den. Excellent tea and coffee, and the bonus was all the board games to play and books to read while you hang out. Staff was welcoming and made the place feel comfortable right away. One of those spots where you lose track of time—in the best way. We’ll definitely be back"
"I found this place just looking around on Google Maps. Decided to stop in and check it out. I am very, very impressed. The owners are extremely friendly, and the overall vibe of the place is pleasant. You come in and just at peace. They are kid friendly. They have a little art station for kids to draw, and they place the drawings on their wall. They have books to read and board games to play. The art and decor are amazing. I got a cheese danish and the duet coffee, and both were absolutely delicious. Coffee bought from here goes to help support missionaries in Africa. They have game nights and tournaments and bible studies. I highly recommend not only checking this place out but making it a usual weekly hang out place. They also have the ability to order ahead for pick up."
"🦊☕️ Very cozy Cafe with a wide assortment of books and board games. For dine in patrons, they have reusable dishwear and mugs. They have private rooms for events, and if I lived closer I would definitely use it for ttrpgs. I appreciate that this Cafe that stays open late, as it seems like a good place to work or study. The staff are as sweet as their raspberry white chocolate mocha (Ms. Scarlet, in picture as a blended drink), are very patient and knowledgeable about different roasters, bean types and flavor palates. Felt part of the skulk (group of foxes), and will be coming here every time I am in town ☕️🦊"
