As your eyes close and you inhale the sweet scent of cinnamon or hazelnut, you will be addicted to these flaky treasures. This shop is bright, cheerful and welcoming. A perfect spot for meeting a friend or hosting a business connection. I tried all of their specialty beignets with my favorite being the warm Nutella topping. A box of 12 specialty beignets was $34. Plenty of parking and super friendly staff."

"This is such a lovely little place! I love it. I've never had a Beignet, so I got the traditional. It is very good with powdered sugar, cinnamon & regular sugar. They are smaller than I expected; but any Time I had something French the portions are always petite! I've got photos below. Great little treat! & my Latte was great also! I went back to edit my review because of typo errors(may still be a few? & right there was the button to ADD Photos.) They had Mimosas, champagne & bloody Mary's? Interesting. There is a Drive thru also. This place is conveniently located, right off of I-75, Shallowford Road East, right before Lee Hwy on the Right across from Red Roof Inn. As soon as you cross over I-75; keep your eyes peeled to the Right side, right after Exxon gas on Amin Dr. Just recently opened a month ago. (No wait for me at 8:15 a.m. got busier after, but very little wait)."

"I ordered cinnamon sugar beignets and had one in house. Had to immediately place another order for traditional beignets because I was so impressed. Soft, warm and perfect consistency. They have the cutest dining room space, ample parking, and drive thru all make this a great addition to Chattanooga. I also tried a cold brew with sweet cream that was just right in strong and sweet combination. Will try the citrus brew (lemonade and cold brew) when I return! Breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and more offer a little bit of something for everyone."

"What a gem!! So glad to have this is Chattanooga! Came opening day, and even though they were SWAMPED, we received excellent service with a smile as well as the best beignets I have ever had!!!!! The pumpkin are TO DIE FOR!! 🤌🤌🤌 The cafe decor is adorable and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the charming appearance and comforting atmosphere. The owners were out and speaking to all the guests ensuring thier satisfaction and thanking them for coming! Very personable! I read through some of the other reviews as I was starting mine and I’m surprised to see a couple of people frustrated with a “new business” and the tweaks that always need ironing out. Apparently they have never opened a new store, and should have some grace. I, for one, and my entire party had the most amazing time and enjoyed every single moment here and can’t wait to come back! Overall, this is a one of a kind coffee/beignet experience with an awesome location, caring owners & staff and I WELCOME them and wish them best of luck here in Chattanooga!!"

"Beignets are dear to my heart and so when I saw this place by chance, I decided to give it a go. The interior is clean, bright, and accented with a striking wall of foliage. - Despite arriving just before closing, I was given a warm welcome and was treated like royalty by the engaging and vivacious staff. Major props here! - The variety available was impressive and I struggled to choose. An employee came to my rescue, saying the blueberry flavor slammed, and holy cow was she right. My order was served hot, with a delectable sauce. The beignets were little pillows of love, light and airy with countless crispy-soft layers and more-than-ample powdered sugar. Truly a late-night snack for the ages."
