"As a lover of nyc bagels I was a little worried but wanted to give them a chance. I ordered a dozen of bagels online and when I arrived at 6:02am they were ready. The staff was very friendly and they were accommodation with any request I had. The hash browns were fresh, super crispy and delicious. The bagel was thick fluffy and everything I could have expected. The coffee is self serve and they have 2 different options. Of course I tried both and both were tasty. The space is very cute and family friendly with a kids corner so adults can enjoy their conversation while the little ones play. Over all this place is a must visit. When I arrived 2 mins after opening everything was available, hot, and fresh. I have nothing to offer besides my money as they nailed the experience at every turn!!!"

"We love Brother’s Bagels! My husband and I have made it part of our Saturday morning routine and are regulars at this point. The atmosphere gives warm, local, and nostalgic and there’s a ton of flavor variety. It’s always busy on the weekends, so sometimes we will order online and just pick up, which has been super smooth. We also don’t mind going in and waiting. Staff has always been incredibly friendly. We’ve only ever had one little hiccup there, and they immediately made it right. The only time we are ever disappointed is when they run out of our favorites- but that’s usually our own faults for not getting up-and-at-it, ha! Highly recommend!"

"BEST bagel shop in chatt, hands down. The bagels are as close to a NYC bagel as you'll get outside of the city. Everyone is always so friendly and despite it being pretty consistently busy the service is quick."

"I've known about this place for about a year, but because they close so early and only do pickup, I'd never tried them. I tried them for the first time the week before Christmas and I'm obsessed. Their bagels are delicious, their handcrafted drinks are superb. The parmesan rosemary bagel is my favorite. The turmeric ginger latte is my go-to. My only gripe was, I last minute decided to bring a dozen bagels and 2 containers of CC, with a single serving of Vegan CC, to the office a couple days before Christmas. There wasn't an option on the takeout menu to slice them. When I got there the attendant told me she added freezer bags, which was very thoughtful, but I told her I was taking them to the office. It ended up not being a big deal but everyone had to slice their bagels with a plastic knife in our office break room. Even if I were buying bagels in bulk, I couldn't think of an instance where I wouldn't want the bagels sliced. I think it would be helpful to add more selections to the bulk bagels option! Much love to this group though, I love the atmosphere and vibes of the place. Everyone is so nice."

"I have a major gluten sensitivity and was excited to try this place when I saw mentions of a gluten free bagel. Even better when I discovered how early they open (6am), meaning I could pick it up on the way to work! I ordered online to quickly grab my order, so I can not attest a whole lot to the atmosphere and in person ordering speed, but good Lord the NY style Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel was incredible. The bagel tasted just like a normal gluten-filled bagel, and the eggs were so wonderfully seasoned and not watery or rubbery like many places may offer. I will need to set a aside a monthly budget for this place! The coffee was good as well, and a very good price as compared to places like Starbucks. 3.50 for an Americano is very reasonable these days."
