"Attended an event catered by Chatter Box and they did not disappoint. Smoked chicken wings were great as was the brisket. The baked beans were some of the best I can remember and the potato salad (mustard-based) was very good too."

"This is a great spot in Chattanooga for some barbecue! It was a bit confusing at first because we had never been there before, and we didn't realize it was only a drive-thru. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the bbq nachos and loved it! We were given plenty of bbq sauce and all of the toppings for the nachos were separated, which was fantastic. The bbq and the sauce had great flavor. We had great service as well!"

"Dhang that was good. Brisket is on point chicken is super awesome. They always have several smokers going at once and smells delicious. The sauce is great even has a little cinnamon hint so I’m guessing they make it their selves. The smoked Mac and cheese is possibly the best I love ever had. Not sure if they make their slaw from scratch but it has honey and apples in it, I know apples sound a little off but it’s great. Price is a little higher, but you get what you pay for! We’ll be back for sure."

"Every time I visit Tennessee coming from NC, I want to try some good BBQ. I don’t want anything else, give me good smoked meat! I had the brisket sandwich and 1lb of smoked wings. It was good, I enjoyed it. Wasn’t the greatest I’ve had, but definitely was t the worst. I would like to try more that they offer, I always like to try places more than once. If you come here and new like me. You order through the drive thru, wasn’t any sitting anywhere at the time. I will be back, check them out and get some quality food!"

"So disappointed - again! Had a brisket craving and thought I’d give this place another chance. At first appearance the brisket, pulled pork and potato salad all looked good. The potato salad had begun fermenting as it was smothered in “dressing”, yellow mustard and mayo. We couldn’t even eat it. It was fizzy. The pulled pork severely lacked flavor, had almost no bark, and tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. Sadly, while the brisket looked good, the rub had way too much sugar. Brisket should never taste sweet! Besides being sweet, it hadn’t been cooked properly to render and caramelize the fat leaving it almost impossible to pass the pull test. You should never need a knife for a properly smoked brisket. While we were there, another customer was told they were out of brisket and the new one wouldn’t be out of the smoker for another 30 minutes. Even if it was ready to come off the smoker, a proper brisket should rest, wrapped in butcher paper, for at least an hour and two would be better. Just more evidence of a lack of proper cooking techniques. Lastly, behind the smoker truck was an outdoor fryer. The whole area was surrounded and covered in grease. Quality bbq, especially brisket, done right is hard to find in Chattanooga. This is not the place to try."
