"Went for an afternoon coffee as we usually do after school & were extremely disappointed…while the coffee drinks themselves are always very good….customer service is extremely lacking as is the company itself. We waited over 20 minutes for only two drinks with no other customers in the store. The barista was very distracted as she had a friend standing at the counter talking with her the entire time. After ordering and then waiting we had to go back up to the counter multiple times to remind her of our order & again to get them. In addition, I have a real problem with the fact that Culture sells Costco baked items & are selling them out of the bakery box as their own. I am a Costco member & know when I see the blueberry, coffee cake, &/or lemon raspberry muffins we buy from there. In the past my son & I tested this theory…& straight up…those are not made my Culture. Also charging for cookies that most definitely are out of a Chips Ahoy container from the grocery store. The baked items are not fresh or baked by Culture…and those items are not for resale. After leaving with our drinks after waiting so long & frustrated…I disnt realize til half way down the street that my drink was made w whole milk after requesting oat due to intolerance. I Had to return to the store to request for my drink to be made correctly & yes while she was polite about it, no she did not even apologize for the wait or the huge error. We will not be back."

My wife and I stopped by on our way home to Norris, TN and tried the Irish Jig latte—an incredible mix of cinnamon, maple, nutmeg, Irish cream, and more. It was smooth, flavorful, and just the right balance of spice and sweetness. Easily one of the best seasonal drinks I’ve ever had! The shop itself has a great vibe—cozy, inviting, and perfect for grabbing a cup to-go or enjoying a seat there.
