"Fun place to grab a bite and or drinks while waiting for a show. We got there early and were able to hear the sound check, watch some football and have dinner. Mushroom cheesesteak and the animal fries were really good. Fun place in a renovated area. This whole part of town has a lot to offer, easily walkable."

"This brewery had a lot going on. There was a band setting up on an outdoor deck. As we walked inside we heard rowdy cheers and were met by a bunch of Arsenal fans watching soccer on a huge projection screen. Beyond that was an area with chairs and couches with a traditional bar area beyond that. I had a Sunblaze IPA that was very good. I also had the Shadows on the Southern Moon Imperial Stout. This was supposed to be a stout aged in Eagle Rare and Buffalo Trace barrels. I was a bit disappointed in this one as I could not tell that it was a barrel aged stout. The atmosphere was great though and it was a fun place to visit."

"Great experience at Five Wits. I needed something to do while also needing a small dinner so I grabbed a seat at the bar. There was a UT game on so many of the staff were keeping an eye on the TV but that didn’t delay my service needs at all. All of the employees I interacted with were prompt and pleasant. I got a Blackstar which was good as were the garlic Parmesan fries. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and want a beer. I’ll probably return when I’m in Chattanooga in the future."

"This combo concert hall and brewhouse serves up killer brews with a great staff. Brent, Xavier and Hunter were all cool dudes that clearly liked being there serving thirsty customers. I had a flight and a single IPA while talking beer and food with Shannon and Alanna and was having a great time. Unfortunately, there was some alcohol abuse when Shannon spilled his full Shwatrzbier in his lap. Anywho, solid beer selection, well made in a nice space. Here's the Breakdown: Great staff beertending great brews +5 stars. Will go back for sure."
