"Never been to this establishment until today, but once is enough. I have no intentions to come back. My friend and I decided to play some pool. Wasn't sure how many quarters is cost. And sometimes some places don't charge to use their tables. Well the bartender heard us dicussing the cost. Not like we were really complaining loudly about anything. My friend overheard the bartender making fun of us with another patron. A little unprofessional to me. I am happy to never visit a place where customers are mocked again."

Preston is the best, always welcoming, checks in on you and makes sure the drinks are correct and tasty. He is aware of details and lets you know the specials of the day as well! So accommodating. "Definitely the place I have been searching for in Chattanooga! Such a great atmosphere and awesome selection of beers and other spirits. There are pool tables, darts, and a basketball arcade for entertainment and alot of space. The greatest part for me about Hoptown is the customer service. Very welcoming and knowledgeable, just top notch! I cannot wait until my next visit!"

"This place is absolutely fantastic if you love a lively vibe! Trending music plays overhead, meanwhile you have games to play, there is couches for nice seating and chairs, as well as the bar top which has a whole line of different selections of beers on tap. Kursty was phenomenal, easy to talk to, even crack up with. She made sure to ask if I wanted another drink every time before my drink was completely out. If that isn’t incredible and amazing service, I don’t know what is. I love this place and will be coming back every weekend !!!"
