"After a long bike ride on the Riverwalk, my husband, granddaughter, and I stopped into Southern Squeeze for a light lunch—and wow, what a find! The atmosphere felt like a spa (my granddaughter even whispered), and the food was fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. We shared the Down Country Smoothie Bowl, Detox Salad, and Breakfast Burrito—each one a hit. Healthy can be delicious, and this place proves it. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Super delicious food. I always forget about this place for more savory food, but with a lot of dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy), finding a restaurant can be challenging. I like that it’s still owned by the people who opened it. Their gluten free waffles are next level, but there have been times where they don’t make them past a certain time. Just make sure you call before going if that’s what you have your heart set on. This smoothie bowl is only one of the meals I’ve taken a photo of, but I love all of their options. My kiddo thinks this is ice cream and I like to get it without the added honey on top."
