Through the years they remain with the best sweets n treats in chattanooga and with great, genuine people working there. It doesn’t matter if they’re packed with excited (sometimes screaming) kids or it’s a calm day, they always provide sweet and efficient service. "absolutely loved this place. it was soooo good. bought 12 chocolates for about 35 dollars and a butterscotch cheesecake which was so decadent. had my boyfriend try it (a man who doesnt even like sweets) and he loved it. it was a bit pricey but that was as to be expected for downtown chatt. would absolutely drive an hour 35 just to go again and try some new things from them. i saw that they had many gluten free options as well. 100/10 would love to go back."

"Very nice and welcoming space. Great selection of desserts, chocolate, and coffee drinks. Didn’t have any food but baked goods were great. Enjoyed the drinks but definitely on the very sweet side. Tons of choice with a very patient staff that made things not enjoyable. Parking in area is all pay but not to hard to find."

"Stopped in at The Hot Chocolatier while in town touring distilleries, and it was such a treat! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. We tried assorted chocolates, chocolate-covered Oreos, and chocolate-dipped orange slices—everything was absolutely delicious. Bonus: if you’re doing the distillery tours, show your Chattanooga Whiskey bracelet for 10% off. Definitely worth a visit!"
