from Google"I could (and do) spend hours at coffee shops. It's always been one of those little pleasures in life that make me feel so comfy and cozy. Coffee, matcha, teas, and food? Yes please, every time. I had the Delilah, its a brown sugar & lavender matcha latte (hot) and it came with whipped cream on top, which was such a treat - amazing and warm. has that green matcha flavor but not grassy, and not too sweet. Totally addicting, I drank it way faster than I meant to.... so I got a coffee too! Brown sugar decaf Breve (hot again - its cold outside, ok). I just loved that they served their drinks in glass mugs (to go cups are an option if you aren't staying). Lastly, I got the Aberdare Chicken Sandwich with the side of Orzo salad. The pickled onions really elevated the Sandwich, and I love that they use sourdough bread from the local Neidlov's bakery. I'm all about local supporting local. The Orzo salad was so refreshing, tangy, and overall everything was so filling I only got through half of it. No worries though, they gave me a cute little to-go box. Everyone I interacted with was so sweet and gave me nothing but smiles. I am so tickled to find such a lovely gem. PS theres a very cute boutique attached to the shop, stop in after eating if you get a chance!"
"The Livingstone is my favorite place for my 13 yr old and I to go on little dates. We LOVE the soups and our hot drinks are always perfect. We feel so fancy drinking from a teapot and it’s honestly such a good value. I always tell people from out of town to stop by here because it’s one of our very best spots in town. I also love that the courtyard in the back has stuff for little kids! I love sipping on my hot drink and catching a breather while my kids play on the swings and in the hobbit house. It’s a magical little spot!"
"Nice cozy cafe, good to stop after fighting off gremlins or goblins during the day. Staff was incredible and heartfelt in their desire to make your adventures a bit better. Grabbed a quick vanilla / creme Earl Gray, enjoyed a local shop with some adventuring supplies inspired by far-off places while we waited. Better to walk to the place rather than taking your horses but also not difficult to find a place to tie up your horses if you stay away from the busy times."
"An incredible coffee shop where sustainability is a priority and not an afterthought. Down to the lids of the to-go cups, and even the cloth napkins if you eat-in. I really appreciate that. The food was YUM and the drinks delicious. I decided to try the in-house-made chai and it did not disappoint. My husband tried the matcha latte with the house-made lavender syrup. The lavender was just right and not overpowering at all. Coffee shop aside, we loved the fair-trade store. I appreciated the description of the makers next to the goods. Definitely a new favorite for us!"
"One of my favorite coffee shops in town. Cozy and quiet. I love their scones and their lunch especially the mombasa melt, the serengeti salad and their gruyere and bacon scone! Their service is great and they really take good care of you."
