"The staff was amazing super polite very friendly in the coffee is fantastic. I ended up getting the sweater weather which I guess it was their monthly drink and it is absolutely delicious. Give these girls a raise."

"I went by one night to grab a hot chocolate when they came to the window and whenever my order she read it back and mentioned that it was a mocha, I corrected her about 10 minutes later, I finally get my drink, we drive off after paying, of course and it tastes like straight coffee. We go back. I'm told there's nothing they can do. They won't remake it because it's too close to closing that I would have to come back another day, so I was stuck with a large coffee that I wouldn't drink- no manager available to help."

"The coffee is good and breakfast sandwiches are just okay. As a long time customer at this specific location, I must say the staff here a lot of times can not handle a busy drive thru. Maybe more hiring , or ongoing training. Service here can be a drag"

"I don't recommend this specific location (Wilma Rudolph). I was given the wrong drink, I said something about it, and the barista said he would remake it for me. When I received the "remade" drink it was a coffee drink and not a Spiced Chai Latte like I had ordered. Which let me know he didn't remake anything. He just walked around in circles and came back to the window with the same drink. Since I already said something to the barista I decided to take it up to corporate and received the most useless response via email from Caileigh Gally. I responded to her email and have not heard back. Trash."
