"I've never been here before, but I have visited hundreds of coffee shops across the country. The empty dining seemed ok, but a little dark and not super inviting. The service started out fine. The human taking my order was pleasant until I asked how many pumps of syrup would be going into my drink. The person responded, "I can't tell you, it's company policy." I've never heard of that in my life. The pumps are right there, I could literally watch them pump the syrup. Quick note to the owners, the number of pumps in a drink isn't a proprietary coffee shop secret. It's not that deep. So another person came out of the back and echoed what person one said. Person one asked if I wanted my muffin warmed. Plot twist, it wasn't. It was also a little dry. Needless to say, I will not be back. Oh yeah, the drink was still too sweet, even at "half sweet". Offering coffee at half sweet is completely irrelevant if you don't know how many stinking pumps are standard."

"Great drink and awesome having a drive through. Usually I go to the one by Austin Peay but was closer to this one today. The drink was great but the food was disappointing. Probably won’t be going back to this location. I got a grilled cheese and it was barley luke warm. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Super disappointed with it. The other location is way better."

"5/10/25 I've given up on this place. I'm not sure why I even come back. Even with detailed instructions of "light vanilla" "a small splash of heavy cream" my coffee is always waaayyy too sweet and basically half cream/half cold brew I really want to love this place but they are always out of cold brew and very inconsistent."

"Ordered the frozen hot cocoa. Drink was half blended, tons of big ice chunks in it making basically undrinkable halfway through. Disappointed after a long day of work"

"What happened to service. We wanted a nice coffee and breakfast sandwich. Got our coffees but waited 30mins to get our sandwiches. We sat waiting and watching as the drive thru customers got their morning goodies. We waited ..... finally I got up to check on our food. They said they were behind and I reminded them that the drive thru was getting their sandwiches. Finally got ours my husband's was cold and mine didn't even have sausage. Never going back. This was the last trip here where something went wrong."
