"I love the coffee here so much! It’s sooo much better than Starbucks, and summer moon. Though they put way too much ice in it, I had more ice than coffee. I would’ve put 5 stars, if it weren’t for the ice. Great place though, the quality is amazing and I hope they don’t change their recipes for cheap sake. I’d definitely recommend getting the golden bean✨"

"We love to support local businesses and often go to Lola Beans a few times a week. For the most part, the drinks are tasty and the workers are kind. I dislike that instead of making it right when a drink is bad, they make me pay for an entirely new drink. I’ve had a few instances where my drink has tasted spoiled and I’ve given it back and asked to order something else and had to pay for the replacement with no discount from the bad drink. The last time I was here, we were skipped in line so badly that I was at door and cars all the way back to the road were getting their orders taken. For the first time, Lola’s made it right by giving me a free drink card. Only for me to come back to use it and almost the same exact thing happening, but without receiving so much as an apology. This is beginning to be a trend and it is getting to be extremely frustrating. I wish there were a better method in place for making sure it is first come first served or even something more reasonable than what has been going on. We really want to keep coming back and hope to see some changes soon."

"The service here is superb. We weren’t rushed, even handed a menu! They have a great selection of sugar free varieties too that Carson kindly went over with me in detail without hesitation. Many coffee shops I go to roll their eyes when I ask for a sugar free menu but being a diabetic I can’t have sugar. I highly recommend Lola Beans!"

"My daughter (10 years old) has been coming to the dentist here in Cleveland for a few months and every time we passed Lola Beans she would ask if we could stop and try a coffee. I told her once she was cavity free and all done with the dentist, that Lola Beans would be her little special treat. Today was that day. With her little mouth still numb, she asked if we could go. I promised so of course we went. Waiting til the last dentist appointment was the worst idea because our caramel macchiato's were literally the best we have ever tasted from any coffee shop, ever!! We live an hour away :( not gonna lie I may or may not make a special trip just for a coffee 😅"

"This place is good, they have good coffee and their service is usually pretty great, but they’re just as expensive, if not more expensive than Starbucks. You earn rewards at about the same rate based on dollars spent & drink redemption value except Starbucks does specials where you can earn extra rewards sometimes, so you actually earn at a little bit of a faster rate at Starbucks. The rewards and the fact that they have a blonde espresso (my favorite) at Starbucks, means I usually end up going to Starbucks instead. This place isn’t bad though if Starbucks was too crowded. Oh they also don’t have any food items here, so if that’s a deal breaker for you I’d go somewhere else."
