"I really enjoyed August Sage Cafe! The aesthetic is so cute. Lots of plants, light & airy, but also cozy. The items on the menu were very unique and there were several vegetarian options to choose from. We tried the herb butter candle and it was delicious. I had the cereal milk latte with Fruity Pebbles and it was very good. I’d like to try some of their other drinks. I split the Patatas Waffle and Matcha Cream Cheese French Toast with a friend. They were both very different but very good!!! Don’t let the color of the matcha cream cheese fool you! I would love to go back and try some of the other things on the menu. "Absolutely wonderful experience. First time eating here. Let’s just say both of our plates were almost dishwasher clean when we were finished eating. You could tell the food was prepared with love and passion. Which makes it taste that much better. The waitress’s yes plural there were several who checked on us regularly (and for sitting outside on the patio that’s a different experience in itself). 5+ stars will becoming a regular here for sure."

"August Sage is primarily a coffee and tea bar with a small but exceedingly delicious menu of extremely well crafted dishes. The coffee, in my experience has always been excellent (I’m often an iced drinks guy, rather than hot, but the regular house drip served hot is also quality), and at this point I’ve explored most of the signature drinks on the menu. The atmosphere is lovely and natural and peaceful. Surprisingly warm and cozy without feeling rustic or rural. This style is something of an oasis in middle Tennessee, where even our best coffee bars often fall into the categories of “this is just a chain” or “this feels very small town.” (Not that those are always bad things)… the atmosphere at August Sage, however, feels catered to younger artists and creatives in a way that few other spots in Maury County do. Need to get some writing done? Need a hip place to meet with a client and discuss business? Highly recommend this wonderful spot."

"This cozy little coffee shop is an absolute gem. It has an amazing artsy vibe that just makes you want to smile and I love all the plants 😍 The food is just as amazing as the atmosphere, everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. And the coffee is next level. My go-to is the pistachio mocha with oatmilk, and it’s perfection every single time. Love this place!!"

"Had a wonderful Mother’s Day Brunch. Thankfully we had a reservation. First time here. All 7 of us enjoyed our dishes! My daughter loved her croaffle. My husband had the breakfast Burrito. I had the pork & mango tacos. Portions are not big, so an appetizer is a good idea. We had the Crème Brûlée dip. Wonderful!! Friendly service, adorable decor! 35 minutes from home, but we will be back!!"
