"I LOVE this place! There are a lot of great coffee shops in greater Nashville, but this one is my favorite. It just has the perfect vibe for me. I try to get there any time I can - I only wish I lived closer! My wife and I agree that their frappe is the best around. I also enjoy their blueberry muffin quite a bit. Lastly, their branding is excellent - I have to stop myself from buying all their merch!"

"We’ve always loved coming to Muletown for as long as we’ve lived here. Today our experience was different. As we were ordering at the counter we couldn’t help but notice several employees sharing some sort of cookie while making coffees. It just kind of grossed us out that workers were eating with their fingers and then serving others before washing hands. I get it, employees need to eat! But have some decency to eat somewhere else rather than the place food/drinks are being served."
