"We recently visited Moqana Coffee Bistro and had a mixed experience. The food tasted great, and the ambience is excellent—beautifully done and very inviting, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. However, the service lacked a warm, human touch. At times, it felt as though we were not entirely welcome, and there seemed to be a communication gap with customers. Some of our requests were not easily understood, and the way questions were handled could have been more polite and reassuring. A little patience and a kinder approach would go a long way in making patrons feel more comfortable. My son was especially excited to try the Dubai chocolate latte, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet his expectations and left him disappointed. Perhaps it was an off day. Next time, we’ll likely stick to what we know works well—the Adani chai and honey combs, which we truly enjoyed. Overall, Moqana Coffee Bistro has great potential with its food and atmosphere. With warmer, more customer-friendly service, the experience could be truly exceptional."

"I love traveling and trying different coffees and teas, and this is by far the best coffee and tea that I have ever had. My husband got the adeni chai and it was so good he got another one to-go before we left! I got the muffawar coffee to start, and it is so creamy and packed with delicious spices (the cardamom flavor was strong but not overpowering). I got a pistachio matcha to-go and let me just say- I will be thinking about it for a very long time, it is by far the best matcha I’ve tried. If it says anything, my husband says even his burps taste good because they taste like the chai tea😂. If you’re ever in the area, please stop here! It was also reasonably priced (for a coffee, tea, and two cakes it was around $27 and the drinks were huge)."

"I tried this spot on a whim and it’s so much better than coffee chains. The decor is beautiful, the staff is friendly and accommodating and the coffee is delicious without being too sweet. I got a MoQana latte and I love the spices they brew in the coffee. What I love most so far is the tiramisu! I’m looking forward to working my way through the menu."

Thankfully, we managed to find a table after a short wait. It’s a self-service setup, so you place your order at the counter, which showcases an enticing array of pastries and desserts. I went with the Yemeni Latte—a Middle Eastern-style coffee that’s similar to a café au lait, but elevated with a touch of cardamom. The warm, spiced aroma and subtle sweetness of the cardamom gave the coffee a truly distinctive and comforting flavor. I also tried the saffron milk cake, and it was nothing short of amazing—moist, perfectly sweet, and soaked in saffron-infused milk that instantly transported me to the desserts of India. My friends tried different pastries, and everyone was more than satisfied with their picks. All in all, this café is a hidden gem for anyone looking to explore Middle Eastern-inspired coffee and desserts. Highly recommended!"
