"This was my motivation to get me out of the house on this snowy day! The service and food were superb! Juanes was the one that took care of us! He did amazing! They were short staffed a bit with weather. He was quick to communicate that. He served us with such ease and kindness! You can tell he loves what he does! Everyone that works here does great! The kitchen staff too! My husband and I got all this and split it. We had a mini buffet going on! You won't be disappointed! Blessings"

"I really enjoyed the biscuit crumble. First time I've had tomato gravy. It kind of reminded me of a pizza roll sauce. Delicious combo with the biscuit, eggs, and grits. Also the cinnamon roll was unlike any I've ever had. It had a biscuit-like texture and the icing was not too sweet. Perfectly soft center. The wait for the food was long but the flavors made up for it. Portions were perfect to fill up without having leftovers."

"I recently moved to Franklin and started coming to Big Bad Breakfast for brunch. Every item I’ve ordered has been great, came out quick, etc. What stands out far above that is the service I’ve received. Nate and Bre are always so friendly, make sure I have fresh coffee, the extras I need, etc. Sometimes they keep me topped off on multiple drinks at the same time. I’ll have to post a picture, ha! I’d like to take a minute and comment on something not related to the food. I eat at Big Bad Breakfast quite a bit. That’s given me a chance to see a lot of interactions, etc. Nate and Bre, every single time, go far above and beyond to accommodate those customers who may be advanced in age or need a little extra assistance. For these reasons I give Nate and Bre my personal hats off, and BBB a strong Five Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
