"The service from all of the staff was excellent! The coffee was high quality. The food was good. We had the hungry hash, their version of a cinnamon roll, the kids waffle, a hot latte and an iced latte (all pictured). You order at the counter and are assigned a table where they bring you your order. They also have a loyalty program if you enter your phone number at checkout."

"Rachel made my first visit to Biscuit Love Berry Farms such a great experience. Even though it was busy and packed, she was attentive, kind, and made sure my order was right from the start. She checked in throughout my visit and made sure I had everything I needed. I ordered a caramel latte that I switched from iced to hot, and it was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The latte art was a nice touch. Rachel also recommended the biscuit roll, which was delicious. I had the breakfast burrito as well and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was family friendly, comfortable, and not too loud. This is a must go place when you are in Franklin, and I will definitely be back."

"That was amazing food. Wow. So much love went into the food, service, and atmosphere. We got the waffles and nashville chicken bisciut. It was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the london fog. Lodon fog is a hit or miss cause not everyone know how to make it. This place had the best london fog. If ur not an oat milk fan make sure to ask for the regular milk.
