from Google"Awesome local bakery where everything is made fresh! Sandwich bagels are made to order with fresh cooked eggs! Would eat here again and again! We found it a year ago on our way out of town and when we came back to visit Franklin again we wanted to eat here everyday so we did! Parking is tricky here since it is in the historic downtown Franklin district. Street parking is free on weekends but get here early. Paid parking lots are nearby. This is a must do if you are in Franklin!"
"Franklin Bakehouse is a great spot to grab a quick pastry and a drink to take on your walk around downtown Franklin. They have a mix of sweet and savory breakfast items, as well as a small selection of other food and drink items in a small refrigerated section. The staff is very friendly and will bring your drinks and food to your table, making the experience a nice relaxing stop whether you’re starting or ending your time out around downtown. I highly recommend giving them a try and if I had to give a recommendation, I would definitely try their raspberry danish!"
"The food is delicious: English muffin w sausage egg and cheese Bagel sandwich w cheese and bacon. .. the caveat is that you have to pay for every piece of the sandwich. They did come w a fruit cup. But with the prices in the economy, I'm not mad, the menu board was just deceiving. Update: Went to the website, and the breakfast sandwich I ordered is an option listed at $8.99. With the way I ordered (and had to pay each piece), my sandwich cost $9.46. (Not a big difference. Just super surprising when I looked at my total. Great food, though. The day old pastries (5 pieces for $7.99 was the real winner. The vanilla and oreo parfait was my partner's favorite! I do have to say, the iced vanilla latte, was pretty perfect 😀"
"I usually don’t leave bad reviews. I honestly don’t understand how this place can have such a rating. First of all, the prices are absolutely unjustifiably high. Secondly, this was the worst avocado toast I’ve ever had — burnt and oversalted. It cost $8. The same goes for the two coffees. The place nearby, Rubi Sunshine, is much better."
"Love this place so much! My favorite thing here is their amazing cinnamon roll. I’ve enjoyed cinnamon rolls all over the country, and certainly all over Tennessee, but I have to say that the Franklin Bakehouse has the best. Anywhere. A textual description won’t do them justice…just go and get yourself one (or a few)! My daughter is a big fan of their chocolate croissants, baguette bread and their sandwiches! They have so many great menu items for breakfast and lunch. Coffee is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very cozy and inviting!"
