"More than a coffee shop. This place has a full and varied menu. I had the shrimp n grits. The flavor was spot on. I wish the grits were a little thicker, like the side of grits my wife had, but it was a tasty dish nonetheless. Service was great and a team effort. My son said his french toast was some of the best he's ever had. I would give the food a 4.3 and the coffee a for 4.7."

"I stopped by Frothy Monkey in Franklin for a quick coffee while driving to an event, and I’m so glad I did. The exterior caught my eye right away super cute and inviting. Inside, it has this eccentric, quirky charm that makes it feel special compared to your usual coffee shop. It was pretty quiet when I went, which made it a perfect little escape for an afternoon pick-me-up. The coffee was really good, though the food options were pretty limited. Still, it’s definitely a great spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy a cozy cup before getting back on the road. I’d happily stop by again!"

"Absolutely NO REASON for EVERY PART of this experience to take as long as it did. The wait for the table. The wait to be greeted by the server. The wait for our drinks. The wait for our food WITHOUT EVER BEING CHECKED ON. This meal (eggs and bacon) SHOULD NOT have taken 1.5 HOURS to be brought to our table! If the server would have ever returned to the table before the food came out, we would have closed out and cancelled our order."
