What People Are Saying

"My friend and I had been trying to get to Gray's for months, and today's visit was great. Our reservation was for eleven. We were seated right away. The server was knowledgeable and took our orders. We received our drinks and food in a timely manner. I had the shrimp and grits. The dish had good flavor, shrimp were cooked perfectly. My meal wasn't as hot, temperature wise, as I would have liked. My friend had the quesabirria tacos. She enjoyed them. Her food was hot. Overall, great meal and restaurant"

"I can't say enough great things about this place! Really cool atmosphere. The rustic vibe and the Southern food made for an amazing time. We sat on the second floor near the stage and were treated to a great performance by Dylan J. (Singer/guitar player) The food was delicious. We asked the bartender to make us a refreshing drink and it was just okay but my friend had an old fashioned that was soooo good. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back. The service was on the slower side but we enjoyed that they weren't rushing us because we were enjoying the music. The carrot cake and the banana pudding were the stars of the night!! I'm craving that banana pudding right now!"

"What a fun, lively evening with southern flare! We made reservations ahead of time and researched when live music would be playing, we reserved a table in the second floor near the stage and it was perfect! Katie provided exceptional service and we enjoyed every bite. The music was great and set the ambience for an enjoyable evening. I only wish there was a solution for the college kid sitting in the middle of the dining room, watching football on his phone and non-stop conversing with his girlfriend at such a loud volume trying to compete with the live music."

"This place used to be great, but has fallen into the abyss of poorly run businesses. Past staff members such as Talon and Jake were pros and made the place fun. Now it's inhabited by a nasty management team, lacking of soul and creativity. Music?? Yah, they have a great stage and perfect venue, but apparently it's too hard to find good talent to make some music.....in Music City??!!?? Kick these guys to the curb and spend your $$ at other places like Red Pony or Leipers Fork Distillery."

"The food and drinks at GRAYS on Main were excellent! The house Old Fashioned was amazing—perfectly balanced and smooth. The grilled chicken and strawberry spinach salad was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also had the fried green tomatoes topped with cheese and herbs, which were crispy and delicious. Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking and the food took quite a long time to come out, which kept this from being a 5-star experience. Still, the quality of the food and drinks made it worth the wait. Would definitely come back!"
