"The space and aesthetic of the place is really cool if you can grab a table or seat to enjoy it. Alright, we’ve got the positives out of the way. Mid. That’s my experience with this place. First time here, I order a tea. The menu makes it sound like you’re about to experience something loose leaf, crafted in house, seasonal. The cup comes. It’s paper, even though I’m drinking here. Eh, whatever, as long as the drink is good. It’s not. I come back yesterday. Spend $8.20 on a Cuban (kill me now, but the pay pad has just been swiveled my way and I’ve got my credit card in hand). I order iced, they give me hot. Why not, I try the hot. It’s the most meh, whatever, 75% milk foam drink I’ve ever had. Sinfully underwhelming. The service was subpar to boot; at least be enthusiastic about my bad coffee for crying out loud. Guy who took my order was a mumbler, seemed disinterested in everything, and I really just didn’t get the sense that I should care about the experience I was about to receive. I might return. Third time’s the charm right? The saddest thing is that I read other reviews from years ago and this place apparently used to be good. They actually cared (make a note of past tense). If you’ve got a Time Machine, go back to 2017 and see for yourself. If you’re fresh out of time machines, you might be fresh out of luck."

"Used to love the chai tea latte here. Got it again today and it was not near as good as it used to be. The flavor was totally lacking. Also upcharge for alt milks is $1.50 which is just ridiculous. Agree with another review that it’s turned into a tourist trap more than anything!! Bring back quality flavorful drinks PLEASE!"

"The staff are never friendly with exception of one or two people. The time before last, I had one laugh at me because they said I would get a free coffee as I was buying a bag of beans, but I had already ordered one so I asked if that could come in a coupon. And this time I went and the girl never looked at me and didn’t say anything just took my order. That’s just not good business- I will not be coming back to this location. The HCR in berry farms is excellent however. They are always so nice and welcoming!"

"SOLID coffee but pricey. If there is a line, it moves along pretty well. Some staff are not as friendly as others. They seemed annoyed by having to make the drinks! The one time I was there the one barista was not even calling out names. She would put the cups down and you'd have to go up and look at the receipts to find your name. Large seating area but almost always full and very loud. Recommend if you're in the Factory already and feel like a coffee but otherwise I would recommend a smaller, friendlier spot outside of the Factory."
