"Jason’s Deli never lets us down when we need a quick bite. They have a wide variety menu for any potential picky eaters. You can even build your own sandwich to get exactly what you want. You order at the counter and get a number and they’ll bring out any made to order food. They also have a nicely stocked salad bar with an icecream machine. Bathrooms and dining room are always clean, but sometimes the AC isn’t putting in the work. Great casual spot to grab lunch!"

"Warm and cozy inside on a dreary day. Service and food was as expected and always received at this Frranklin location. Friendly upbeat staff. Excellent salad bar. All items fresh on bar for lunch today. Neat and clean inside too. Thanks Jason's Deli"

"We went for the salad bar around 5pm and when we went to the salad bar so many of the vegetables and sides were empty. There was a Hispanic woman named Laura I think that’s what her name tag said that was supposed to be working but was instead standing by the icecream machine talking in Spanish on her cell phone with it on speaker. She was having an entire conversation on speaker instead of doing her job. I literally had to go over to where I ordered and ask if somebody could refill for five of the items that were completely out. She then sat her phone down as the gentleman started to walk over to help me and gave me an extremely dirty look all while she continued to have her conversation on speaker as she started refilling the items. Then she walked away with her phone still having the conversation I then went to put dressing on and noticed that the dressing was out so I had to go ask a guy behind the counter for a second time if someone could refill it. It was me and two other ladies waiting for the dressing. The entire time my family and I ate she was on her phone. Not once did the manager on duty do anything about this Horrible service and she continued to give my family and I several dirty looks the entire time we were there. Unbelievable. I don’t understand how so many of the workers can be speaking in Spanish when we are in Franklin Tennessee if they speak Spanish in their native country, that is one thing but while they’re working at an American restaurant in Franklin Tennessee, they should be only speaking English. Needless to say we will not be returning to this Jason‘s deli we will drive the extra way to the Brentwood location. It’s really sad because we were regular customers here, but we will not be back after this."

"Twice at dinner time Not 8 o’clock at night the girl was taking the whole salad par apart cleaning underneath making a disaster for people trying to grab the food because she wanted to clean up and probably leave early instead of doing it at 9 o’clock when the place closes. This happened twice two weeks apart same girl apparently she just wants to go home and clean up early at 7:30 at night when there are 40 people around the salad bar and she’s taking it all apart. She has no clue like she’s oblivious there’s anybody standing around her and then half the stuff is empty. I have to ask her to replace the missing items or the empty items at the salad bar when this is our only job this is ridiculous. This is incompetence. It’s poor management. Nobody’s watching the store here and I am not coming back and I’m taking my money elsewhere and you should not waste your time here It’s incompetence over there they run an amateur show"

"A great lunch place! This is a great place if you're looking for a soup, sandwich, or salad. You order at the counter, take a seat, and your food will be brought out to you. A great selection of menu items and they have something for everyone. They also have free soft serve vanilla and chocolate icecream for dessert. A favorite of all ages."
