"Holy cow! I have not enjoyed the coffee shop experience like I did today! All the syrups are house made making them stand out! I am not one for breakfast food but I order the bowl! We walked in and smelled the fresh potatoes which is what pushed me to order the bowl! It did not disappoint. Very filling but not stuffed with egg for a filler. The owner was extremely nice and the young guy making the coffee was extremely kind and informative. I will be back here every chance I can!"

"We had the best experience at Mr. Art’s coffee house! Not only were they open on New Year’s Day, but they had the kindest most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a coffee shop. My iced vanilla latte was perfect, the blueberry muffin was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the cinnamon roll was just phenomenal. I firmly believe a coffee shop isn’t complete without in-house made syrups, and Mr. Arts did not disappoint. The breakfast tacos also smelled amazing, I need to come back soon. The coffee was quick, delicious, and reasonably priced. Big fan of Mr. Arts!"

"Mr. Art’s Coffee in Franklin is phenomenal! We stopped in this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich, a breakfast bowl, a cold brew, and a decaf Americano with caramel—and every single thing was delicious. Vibe: This spot is family-owned, and the folks who run it are genuinely kind. The interior is cute and welcoming, and the bathrooms are adorable—fun and whimsical touches that make you smile. Plus, parking is super easy, which makes getting in and out a breeze! Food: Absolutely delicious! You can choose from breakfast tacos, sandwiches, or bowls, and the common thread is the incredible quality. They all feature potatoes, eggs, bacon, cheese, fresh cilantro, and a homemade salsa that’s made fresh every morning—and you can taste the difference. If you’re not into spice, the salsa does pack a punch, but it’s so worth it. I had to skip the avocado due to an allergy, and my bowl was still outstanding. Their muffins looked fabulous, and I have a friend who raves about their cinnamon rolls! Coffee: Their cold brew is spot-on and delicious. They also make their own syrups without the junk, and the caramel one was amazing."

The coffee was rich and perfectly balanced, and the breakfast tacos were flavorful and fresh, easily some of the best I’ve had around here. Other reviews definitely back up how great their coffee and food are.  There’s a Starbucks in the same parking lot, so I wasn’t sure how this place would stack up — but honestly, this local spot gives ’em a run for their money. If you’re looking for real coffee and quality breakfast fare, skip the chain-store vibe and come here instead. Totally worth it. ☕️🌮"
